Homes Needed Urgently For Peggy Adams Rescue Animals

Homes Needed Urgently For Peggy Adams Rescue Animals
WEST PALM BEACH, FL – April 20, 2018 – For those who’ve been thinking about adopting a furry friend– there is no better time than now. Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League currently has over 800 cats and dogs in their care and is at maximum capacity in regards to large dogs. To encourage adoptions, the League is teaming up with Palm Beach County Animal Care and Control to waive adoption fees for all dogs over 40 lbs., regardless of age. Adoption fees are also being waived for all cats five months or older, and the promotion will run from April 20th through April 30th.

All animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and will receive a starter bag of Hill’s Pet Nutrition food. Both shelters have a wide variety of adorable cats, kittens, dogs and puppies looking for their forever loving home.

“When Peggy Adams is as full with animals as we are today, it means we don’t have space for others that need our help. Therefore, in order to help save more lives, Palm Beach County Animal Care and Control and Peggy Adams are waiving the adoption fees of dogs over 40 lbs. and cats over 5 months of age. From adoption specials to free training classes, we are committed to doing everything possible to find loving homes for these cats, dogs, puppies and kittens," said Rich Anderson, Executive Director/CEO for Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League. "Our local Palm Beach County Animal Care & Control is also at capacity for dogs which is why it is more important than ever for the community to adopt a forever friend today," Anderson added.
