John Malone's Jupiter Island Home

Liberty Media's (LMCA) John Malone purchased a $38 million home on Florida's Jupiter Island making it the most expensive home ever sold on Jupiter Island Florida. 

The home was the most sought after privately marketed properties on Jupiter Island. The Ocean-to-Intracoastal property sits on just a little more than 9 acres of land. The property has a couple of hundred feet of oceanfront and over 500 feet frontage along the Intracoastal Waterway. 

The house is set atop a high point on the island which will give the new owners panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean at sunrise and sunset views over the Intracoastal. The home consists of a guest house, private boat dock and a beach house.
