Palm Beach Zoo & Conservation Society will host “Do at the Zoo”
WEST PALM BEACH, FL – November 2, 2017 – To kick-off the Palm Beach season, Palm Beach Zoo & Conservation Society will host its always-popular annual fundraiser, "Do at the Zoo - A Night Under the Stars” on Friday, November 10, 2017, from 6:30 pm to 10 pm on its campus. Event chairmen are Molly Austin, Ruth Baum, Maura Ziska Christu, and Ashley Ramos.

Guests will enjoy this global celebration at the Zoo as they dine on a moveable feast of innovative cuisines from the all-star chefs of nine of the Palm Beaches’ top-rated restaurants while sipping on classic cocktails provided by Bacardi, the event’s Exclusive Spirits Sponsor. Bacardi will also be featuring a signature cocktail, the “Old Cuban”, created by famed New York City bartender, Audrey Saunders. The Old Cuban features Bacardi 8 (premier rum) which is complemented by their Martini and Rossi Prosecco, mint and lime. This anachronistic recipe promises to be delicious and refreshing, with a touch of effervescence. Attendees of this casual-cocktail event will also enjoy dancing to music from the ever-popular DJ Vlad and love coming face-to-face with some of the Zoo's most fascinating animals.

Sponsors to date include: Ruth and Ted Baum, Julie and Michael Connors, Mary Lou Whitney and John Hendrickson, Michele and Howard Kessler, Sandra and Patrick Rooney, Ashley and Mike Ramos, Alicia and Tim Mullen, Atlas Party Rental, Howard Cox, Allison and Stuart Haft, Kelly Klein, Jeffery Marcus, Hilary Geary and Wilbur Ross, Joan and Alan Safir, Gast Construction-Valet Sponsor and Bacardi- Exclusive Spirits Sponsor.
Proceeds from "Do at the Zoo" will assist the Palm Beach Zoo & Conservation Society in recovering over $600,000 in Irma-related losses while advancing its mission to inspire people to act on behalf of wildlife and the natural world.

Tickets are $175 each.
