Jupiter, FL – March 12, 2020 – The Cars and Chronos Party marked the grand opening of K2 Motorcars’ new storage facility in Jupiter.

Luxury timepieces and extraordinary automobiles were showcased at the Hamilton Jewelers and K2 Motorcars party last night. The companies joined forces for the ‘Cars and Chronos’ event on Thursday, March 12th with collectors of exquisite watches and rare wheels submitting their greatest treasures for a friendly competition. An original 1966 Ford GT40, raced by driver Dan Gurney, was one of the automobiles on view. This iconic car was featured in the recent, Oscar-nominated film Ford v Ferrari.

Inflorida.com chatted with the owner of K2 Motorcars, Will McGreevy, who highlighted “There’s a huge car culture in Palm Beach County and we are trying to solve the problem for people who don’t have the room to store their luxury car. Whether it’s a person who has a collection of cars and nowhere to put them, or one person who needs that extra garage spot. We are offering the solution for this need. We take the best care of our clients and their cars, making sure their car is all prepped and ready to go when the client comes to pick it up. All they have to do is jump in and start the engine. They don’t have to worry about the logistics.”

McGreevy originally worked for a private equity company where he had a motorsport portfolio. “I learned an awful lot about the luxury car industry through that. I have always wanted to work and be around cars, so to be able to put something like this together is a dream come true. This unit is 30,000 sq. ft so we have the ability to store around 150 cars.”

K2 Motorcars are also planning a facility in West Palm Beach, ideal for people flying in and needing their car to be stored near an airport. The new garage has been approved by Palm Beach Country and will be 140,000 sq. ft. and when completed it should technically be the largest luxury car storage facility in the country.

The evenings impressive display of these incredible cars and watches showed off the gorgeous design, craftsmanship, and pure elegance of these luxury watches and cars. The enthusiasts had the opportunity to enter the best in show in each category with the chance to win a car sculpture by artist Benedict Radcliffe, or a sphere made of watch parts designed by sculptor Berd Vaye. Guests who attended this private event also had the pleasure of viewing Hamilton Jewelers newest watches from the world’s finest brands.
